According to individual candidate Ege Hirve , all proposals for amendments to laws and new laws should be compiled on the Ministry of Justice website so that society is involved from the very beginning of the amendment proposal and stupid things do not find their way into the Riigikogu.
What issue would you most like to address in the Riigikogu and why? If you have a specific issue, how would you resolve it?
Within the first hour, I will submit a legislative amendment to end the funding of political parties from the state budget, and with the 400 million kroons that Juhan Parts and the boys legislated on the orders of the hidden financiers of Res Publica, so that instead of politics that engages the people, we would only have disgusting pre-election advertising campaigns, I will feed 40,000 unemployed people created by the same system in soup kitchens.
12 years of Reform rule have led to the absolute impoverishment of the people, and income tax exemption for foreign investors has prevented the emergence of a wealthy local middle class, which today is the greatest threat to the preservation of statehood.
Example - a group with a billion-dollar turnover has taken away 10 million in turnover from a hundred local entrepreneurs and left the state with a toothless and sick workforce.
Nation-states only last with the support of a wealthy middle class; the system fears a free and economically independent citizen who thinks for themselves, can support themselves, and is not subject to manipulation.
I also want to work on involving citizens in the decision-making process and disclosing information. Exposing crime generated by law enforcement agencies, because we live in a country where, for example, a prosecutor breaks dozens of laws on the orders of his old girlfriend, while the state pays his aunt a salary for overseeing legality.
In addition, it is very important to record the initial phase of legislative amendments and to compile all legislative amendments and new legislative proposals on one page so that society is involved from the very beginning of the amendment proposal!
So that vile methods and evil thoughts will no longer reach the third reading in the Riigikogu unnoticed during Christmas and Midsummer, as is the custom, especially for the Ministry of the Environment.
Also, any control function in society should be given to the public - whether it is the funding of political parties, which can be very easily monitored online, and interest groups, or the work of courts, which requires disclosure.
Only constant disclosure and involving as many people as possible in the decision-making process can help against corruption.
I would never have thought that ten years after Putin came to power, my beloved Estonia would once again enter a silent era, where the media controlled by Reform says one thing and the people say something completely different, where TV journalists mock citizens running for office on national television on command, where every bill coming from the Ministry of Justice is a spit in the people's face.
It is such a systematic activity, so well coordinated and planned, that there is nothing random about it.
What is your opinion on e-voting?
I was positive until the bugs that appeared made individual candidates invisible and yesterday there was news about possible security holes that could allow thousands of votes to be faked.
How to create the (approximately) 50,000 missing jobs and bring people home from abroad?
Encouraging the emergence of a wealthy middle class through legislative amendments. Income tax exemption only for companies investing in Estonia.
The Estonian kroon is dead, but the forests that ensured the stability of the kroon live on, and I wish that every person who wants to start a business would receive a 10,000 euro loan with a state guarantee based on the "Ege bill" secured by 2 ha of state forest or 20 ha of state land.
And if 30,000 people start realizing their dreams as entrepreneurs today, then perhaps in a year they will hire additional workers and everyone will have a job and bread again. Freedom of action + start-up capital = success.
So that the creative idea would be valued by the state. So that the state would provide the initial capital once, so as not to have to pay 100x subsidies.
Also, every control function in society should be given to the public - whether it is the financing of political parties, which can be easily monitored online by every citizen, or the work of the courts, which requires disclosure.
As you know, the Riigikogu is largely involved in lawmaking. What experience do you have in the field of lawmaking and how much have you encountered it in your current life?
As a country, we are in a situation where we belong to the European Union by border, from which we cannot even ratify the laws that come from, but after Putin came to power on New Year's Eve 2000, all the KGB ties here have been polished and tightened so much that, according to unwritten laws, we are more tied to Russia than the Soviets in Belarus, where former commies also rule in golden chairs.
We are now being dragged towards both Brussels and Russia, and at the same time we ourselves want to survive as a nation and advance life according to our own laws - this creates triple tensions for the country as a swan, pike, and crayfish system.
I see the solution as fixing the starting point for legislation and involving as many interest groups as possible, and conducting long-term and thorough open discussions prior to legislative changes.
There are so many laws that people's fundamental rights are already being harmed as a result.
I am an ordinary head of a family with two children, my wife and I both work. We live in a private house bought with a bank loan. They promise child benefits, pension increases and everything else, but they completely forget about ordinary working people! What direct result will we see if we give our votes to an individual candidate?
The Reform Party will not bite your nose off your head or steal your ass. I will give you back your freedom and all your civil rights that the coalition that ruled for 12 years has stolen.
What happens next if you don't get into the next Riigikogu?
My heart cries and my soul aches as I continue to live in the city without the right to make decisions and I start participating in the work of the shadow parliament.
If the voter does not want to be the next target of attack by the legal system in a roundabout way, brutally provoked by 4 armed police officers and taken to a mental institution for injection with an illegal and unenforced court order, while at the same time having his children and family unjustly and without any reason pursued by 15 police patrols, then he will give me his vote and break the power of the corporate backrooms - by not electing these KGB agents/communists/corruptors in a roundabout way.
Elections set us free, and the next opportunity to free ourselves from the political elite will come to the Estonian people only in four years.
