Appikarje – the Riigikogu is destroying the country!
The author warns: Estonia's border agreement with Russia destroys the country's legal continuity and violates the constitution - Ukraine is a warning example.
Speaking at the Riga International Security Conference in 2014, Simon Serfaty, a US foreign policy professor specializing in global geopolitics and security, said that Ukraine would still have Crimea and control over eastern cities if they had not given up their nuclear weapons.
"There are two things other countries can learn from Russia's aggression against Ukraine," the professor said. "First, if you have a nuclear weapon, don't give it up. Second, if you don't have a nuclear weapon, get one."

We call this paper the Paetlarov Pact and, using all our remaining common sense and non-existent legal knowledge, we try to understand that this yet another "shitty pact" legally loses 95% of the country , that is, the country on this side of the line of control, loses the legal continuity of our country in the sense of international law, perpetuates the occupation, approves the crimes of Stalinism, and the Riigikogu has destroyed its own country with its own decision. With this ratification decision, you can really apply for the Quiness record book as the biggest idiots.
FOURTH
In the event of a military attack, we still have the full legal right today, at this moment, to go to war on the state border after the Treaty of Tartu and to move military operations east of the Line of Control, to this 5% of the lost territory, in order to use this lost land to preserve our country and save 95% of the country from destruction.
This 5% of the land is our Mannerheim Line and 5% of the self-defense instinct should be kept by every greedy rebel just in case, who knows when that really big money might be needed. The ruling system's belief in the Pare-Lavrov Pact is like the Maginot Line - which everyone believes in, but which turns out to be completely useless. If Norway could wait 50 years, so can we, and the current line of control has been functioning unnoticed, in oblivion, for 25 years.
FIFTH
The Constitution prohibits the conclusion of any new border agreements without mentioning the Tartu Peace Treaty.
§ 122. The land border of Estonia is determined by the Tartu Peace Treaty of 2 February 1920.
AND other international border treaties. Estonia's sea and air borders are determined on the basis of international conventions.
A two-thirds majority of the Riigikogu is required to ratify treaties that change the state borders of Estonia.
§ 123. The Republic of Estonia shall not conclude international agreements that are contrary to the Constitution.
"If Estonian laws or other acts conflict with international treaties ratified by the Riigikogu, the provisions of the international treaty shall apply."
This last sentence, in conjunction with the Paeti-Lavrov Pact, clearly states that according to our own Constitution, the provisions of an international treaty will prevail over the Constitution in the future . Minister Urmas Paeti and the Riigikogu have no authority to change the Constitution at will or the right to replace the border after the Tartu Peace Treaty, because the border is determined by the country's constitution - by the Tartu Peace Treaty AND other treaties - which in Estonian is a subjunctive mood and means that it follows that every change in the land border begins with the borders after the Tartu Peace Treaty and only additions are added to it.
PS: The Estonian word used in the text is AND, not OR. No new or additional border agreement can be based on anything other than the borders fixed by the Tartu Peace.
SIXTH
Don't abuse your rights and let gay-loving IT fans into the Riigikogu, who, together with their well-oiled machinery, allow "obedient idiots" to be elected there, and voice your resistance loudly, as the Constitution requires.
